Member of Senior Leadership Team - leading and executing on all Human Resources and Recruitment.

Head of HR for healthcare technology start up with hands- on management of recruitment, employee engagement, benefits, compensation, and culture. As the only non C-level member of the Senior Leadership Team, designed and executed human resources programs and processes. while actively contributing to the dynamics of the business and its strategies.

 

  • Exceeded hiring milestones by lowering cost of hire by 42% and decreasing days to fill from 60 to 31 days without agency use or a recruiting team

  • Drove culture change by increasing communication, transparency, touchpoints, and feedback methods while implementing a zero tolerance for toxicity in our workplace.  By aligning to our values, turnover was reduced by 50%.

  • Directed diversity & inclusion strategies increasing overall team diversity by 15%, Senior Leadership by 19% and management by 24%, increasing innovation, collaboration, and sales results.

  • Created annual salary review process which included job leveling, salary surveys, career pathing, and identified compensation inequities

  • Initiated performance management implementing Reflektive software, talent review process, goal setting, quarterly check-ins, and peer recognition.
